Danuta K. Frydrych

Danuta K. Frydrych is a Canadian artist living in Vancouver. She spent several years in Germany and the U.S. exhibiting her work in many places until finally settling in Canada. She has always enjoyed working with different mediums and experimenting with unusual and unpredictable ones.

“When I was younger, it never occurred to me to become an artist, it wasn’t something I just decided, it was something I was born with. People around me seemed to always be appreciative of my artwork and something about it made them happy. Thinking about those moments of appreciation I can truly feel like I have a purpose and that thought allows me to create.”
